Hummingbird Online Class
Online class for August is our new hummingbird!
In this class you will learn how to use specialized barbed needles and wool batt to create a three dimensional hummingbird. This class is best for felters that have a few projects under their belts. You will learn how to set glass eyes and use wire for an armature.
This class will run on Wednesday, August 30th from 6:30pm-8:30pm via zoom
*there must be at least 4 participants to run a class.
You will need to complete registration on the website for the class by August 12th, we will be sending out all the supplies on August 13th via USPS so that you can be ready for class on August 24th.
The day before class we will send a zoom link to the email provided in your registration, so watch those emails!
In this class you will get a two hour lesson, all the wool batt and materials to create your hummingbird with material left over. You will also receive a link to a video tutorial so you can go back and watch the video for additional help or to make another lighthouse.
If you are a brand new student please choose "new student" so that you will receive the tools such foam and needles to complete your project. If you are a returning student please choose "returning student", you will not receive foam and needles since you already have these needle felting tools. If you already have the kit and would just like to join the class and choose "lesson only".
